More on the Wine

divide (2)
The grapes were handpicked at the optimum stage of maturity, sorted out on the table, crushed, fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (22°C) and then pressed. After the end of malolactic fermentation, settling and racking, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months. Best paired with red meat dishes such as steaks, ribs, various types of ham, and smoked meats.
