Absinthe Alexander

A twist on the classic and indulgent Alexander, that highlights the unique qualities Devil's Botany brings to iut's Chocolate Absinthe.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Chocolate Absinthe Liqueur
  • 25ml Whiskey, Rum or Brandy
  • 25ml Cream
  • Nutmeg

Method

  1. Chill the glass.
  2. Into a shaker – Combine the Chocolate Absinthe with your favourite accompaniment (whiskey, rum or brandy).
  3. Shake gently.
  4. Serve into your chilled glass and sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
