Bristol Tom Collins

A classic cocktail that has been enjoyed for over a century, known for its refreshing and crisp taste. This timeless drink made that is made great with Bristol Gin's classic juniper forward flavour profile.

Ingredients

  • “60 ml Bristol Dry Gin
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup (1:1 ratio of sugar to water)
  • Club soda
  • Lemon slice”

Method

“Prepare the Simple Syrup: If you don’t have simple syrup, you can make it by combining equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves completely, then let it cool. Mix the Cocktail:

  1. Fill a Collins glass (or a tall glass) with ice.
  2. Add 60 ml of Bristol Dry Gin.
  3. Add 30 ml of fresh lemon juice.
  4. Add 15 ml of simple syrup.
  5. Stir: Stir the mixture well to combine the ingredients.
  6. Top with Club Soda: Fill the rest of the glass with club soda, stirring gently to mix.
  7. Garnish: Garnish with a lemon slice “
