Enjoy a low-ABV twist on a classic martini. Sake ONO's depth creates an umami-forward base, balanced with a hint of vodka for mouthfeel and notes of orange.
Ingredients
- 75ml Sake ONO
- 15ml premium vodka
- 7ml dry white vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Method
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass,
- Fill with ice, and stir until fully chilled for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
