This easy-to-make cocktail is smoky and refreshing, with just a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- 45ml Ramo de Rosas Espadín Joven
- 45ml grapefruit juice
- 45ml orange juice
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml honey
- 1 slice of green chilli
- Soda to top
Method
- Shake all ingredients except soda with ice, then strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
- Top with soda and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
