Nocheluna Paloma

Combining the robust, mineral flavours of Nocheluna Sotol with bright and citrussy fruit soda.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Nocheluna Sotol
  • 30 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15 ml Agave Syrup
  • 60 ml Soda Water
  • Grapefruit slice for garnish
  • Salt for rim (optional)

Method

  1. Prepare the Glass:
  2. Rim a rocks glass with salt if desired. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into a plate of salt.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Mix Ingredients:
  5. In a shaker, combine 50 ml of Nocheluna Sotol, 30 ml of Fresh Grapefruit Juice, 10 ml of Fresh Lime Juice, and 15 ml of Agave Syrup.
  6. Shake:
  7. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  8. Pour:
  9. Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass over the ice.
  10. Top Up:
  11. Add 60 ml of Soda Water to the glass and stir gently to combine.
  12. Garnish:
  13. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
