  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Topped with chilled Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
  • Garnish: Lemon twist (optional)

  1. Chill the Glass: Ensure your flute or coupe glass is well-chilled.
  2. Combine Base: Pour the Absinthe Regalis and Simple Syrup into the base of the chilled glass.
  3. Top Up: Slowly top the cocktail with the chilled Champagne, being careful not to overflow the glass.
  4. Garnish: If desired, express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink and drop it into the glass.
