What are the different shipping options available?

We provide just one shipping option, a speedy delivery. We aim to deliver next day if ordered before 5pm Monday to Thursday. For orders placed on Friday before 5pm, we will attempt to deliver the following Monday and any orders over the weekend with you on Tuesday.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, because we try to get your order to you quickly we might not be able to modify the shipping address once an order is placed. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information before confirming your order. Contact our customers services if you do need to make a change and we will see what we can do.

Do you offer international shipping?

We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Orders & Returns

Can I add items to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new order.

What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?

If there is something wrong with your order or it hasn't arrived with you in good condition then please contact our customer service team and we will aim to get this corrected as soon as possible.

Are returns free of charge?

Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. Refer to our return policy for more details.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns or exchange where we are notified of your intention to return an order within 7 days of the goods arriving with you and where you accept the costs associated with returning the item(s). We will only issue a full refund where the item(s) are received in the same condition as they were shipped out to you.
