  • 50ml Orientalist Dark Rum
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Palm Sugar Syrup
  • 2 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add 50ml Orientalist Dark Rum.
  • Add 20ml lime juice.
  • Add 15ml palm sugar syrup.
  • Add 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.
  • Shake well until chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.
  • Serve immediately.
