Ingredients

  • 50ml Beesou Honey Aperitif
  • 100ml Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
  • Garnish: Grapefruit slice

Method

  1. Prepare the Glass: Fill a large wine glass generously with fresh ice cubes.
  2. Build: Pour the Beesou Honey Aperitif over the ice, followed by the Prosecco.
  3. Stir: Give the drink a very gentle stir to combine the ingredients while maintaining the effervescence.
  4. Garnish: Add a fresh slice of grapefruit to the glass.

Note: For a lower ABV version, replace the Prosecco with tonic water or grapefruit soda.
