- 60 ml Bonanto Aperitivo
- 200 ml grapefruit soda
- 10 ml saline solution (5 parts water to 1 of salt)
- Cherry or grapefruit slice to garnish

- Combine: add ice to a spritz glass and top with 60 ml of Bonanto Aperitivo and 10 ml saline solution.
- Top: pour in 200 ml of grapefruit soda.
- Garnish: add a cherry or grapefruit slice.
