  • 60ml Clear Drop Rum
  • 15ml Rhubarb Syrup
  • 30ml Fresh Lime Juice

  1. Chill the Glass: Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer or fill with ice and water to chill.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Pour the Clear Drop Rum, rhubarb syrup, and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add Ice: Fill the shaker with plenty of fresh ice cubes to ensure proper aeration and chilling.
  4. Shake Vigorously: Secure the lid and shake hard for around fifteen seconds until the shaker is ice-cold to the touch.
  5. Double Strain: Discard the ice from the glass and fine-strain the liquid through a cocktail strainer and a fine-mesh sieve.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Decorate with a thin lime wheel or a ribbon of fresh rhubarb and serve immediately.
