- 60ml Clear Drop Rum
- 15ml Rhubarb Syrup
- 30ml Fresh Lime Juice

- Chill the Glass: Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer or fill with ice and water to chill.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the Clear Drop Rum, rhubarb syrup, and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
- Add Ice: Fill the shaker with plenty of fresh ice cubes to ensure proper aeration and chilling.
- Shake Vigorously: Secure the lid and shake hard for around fifteen seconds until the shaker is ice-cold to the touch.
- Double Strain: Discard the ice from the glass and fine-strain the liquid through a cocktail strainer and a fine-mesh sieve.
- Garnish and Serve: Decorate with a thin lime wheel or a ribbon of fresh rhubarb and serve immediately.
