  • 60ml Blanco Tequila
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 7.5ml Ruby Grapefruit Juice
  • 22.5ml Raspberry Syrup
  • Egg White or Vegan Alternative
  • 5 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters

Method

  1. Chill the Glass: Place your coupe or Nick & Nora glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add the Blanco Tequila, lime juice, ruby grapefruit juice, raspberry syrup, egg white (or vegan alternative), and the grapefruit & elderberry bitters into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Dry Shake (Optional but Recommended): Shake the ingredients without ice for 15 seconds. This emulsifies the egg white to create a thicker, more luxurious foam.
  4. Wet Shake: Add plenty of ice to the shaker. Seal tightly and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  5. Strain and Serve: Double strain the mixture into your chilled glass. Serve with no garnish to maintain the drink's clean and bold aesthetic.
