  • 20ml English Sweet Vermouth

  1. Chill the Glass: Place a rocks glass into the freezer or fill it with ice to ensure it is thoroughly chilled.
  2. Combine the Ingredients: Measure and pour the Funk Drop Rum, Campari, and English sweet vermouth into a mixing glass.
  3. Add the Ice: Fill the mixing glass with plenty of large, clear ice cubes to ensure proper dilution and temperature.
  4. Stir the Mixture: Use a long bar spoon to stir the cocktail gently for approximately 30 seconds until the outside of the glass feels cold.
