Gorse & Orchard Highball

Floral, crisp, countryside-in-a-glass - a proper "English garden refresher," combining refreshing apple and elderflower with a juniper base.

Ingredients

50ml Ratio Gin
75ml cloudy apple juice
10ml elderflower cordial
15ml fresh lime
Ginger ale to top
Garnish: Thin slice of apple and a small gorse flower or edible flower (if available)

Combine and Shake: Add the Ratio Gin, cloudy apple juice, elderflower cordial, and fresh lime to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
Top Up: Top the drink with ginger ale.
Garnish: Garnish with a thin slice of apple and a small gorse flower or edible flower.
