  • 10ml Asterley Bros Britannica Fernet
  • 30ml Asterley Bros Estate Vermouth
  • 30ml London Dry Gin
  • Garnish: Orange Peel

Method

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the Asterley Bros Britannica Fernet, Asterley Bros Estate Vermouth, and London Dry Gin into a mixing glass.
  2. Chill and Dilute: Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently but thoroughly for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and perfectly diluted.
  3. Serve and Garnish: Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass. Take the orange peel, squeeze it over the surface of the drink to express the oils, and then drop the peel into the glass.
