Ingredients

  • 50 ml Sgriob-ruadh Vodka
  • 25 ml of sweet whey syrup / simple syrup
  • 30-40 ml of fresh espresso shot
  • Full cream milk (or cream for a more luxurious twist)

  1. Combine: add all ingredients to a lowball glass filled with ice and stir.
  2. Top: pour over full cream milk/ cream.
  3. Garnish: add a dusting of nutmeg or cinnamon.
