Ingredients

  • 40ml Poetry Vodka
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Chilli Syrup
  • Garnish: Chilli rim

Method

  1. Prepare the Glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip it into a shallow dish of chilli powder or chilli salt to create a chilli rim. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add the Poetry Vodka, lime juice, and chilli syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake: Fill the shaker with plenty of ice. Seal tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold.
  4. Double Strain: Double strain the mixture (using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh sieve) into the prepared rocks glass over the fresh ice.
