Combining the robust, mineral flavours of Nocheluna Sotol with bright and citrussy fruit soda.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Nocheluna Sotol
- 30 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15 ml Agave Syrup
- 60 ml Soda Water
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
- Salt for rim (optional)

Method
- Prepare the Glass:
- Rim a rocks glass with salt if desired. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into a plate of salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a shaker, combine 50 ml of Nocheluna Sotol, 30 ml of Fresh Grapefruit Juice, 10 ml of Fresh Lime Juice, and 15 ml of Agave Syrup.
- Shake:
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Pour:
- Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass over the ice.
- Top Up:
- Add 60 ml of Soda Water to the glass and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish:
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
