This spritz is an elixir - thirst-quenching, sherbety, and incredibly easy to make. It has been a hit everywhere it's served and is a staple on the menu at Soho's Milk Beach.

  • 30ml Diviners Outlier
  • 15ml Bianco Vermouth
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 45ml Grapefruit Soda
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup (Optional)
  • Garnish: Grapefruit slice or wedge

Method

  1. Prepare Vessel: Fill your favourite glass or wine glass generously with fresh ice cubes.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Pour the Diviners Outlier, Bianco Vermouth, lemon juice, and optional sugar syrup directly over the ice.
  3. Top Up: Top the glass with the grapefruit soda.
  4. Stir and Garnish: Give the drink a gentle stir to integrate the flavours without losing the carbonation. Garnish with a fresh slice or wedge of grapefruit.
