
Pickled Martini
An unconventional twist on a dirty martini. Dima's Vodka celebrates the perfect pairing of Ukrainian Vodka and the pickled gherkin.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Dima’s Vodka
- 10 ml dry vermouth
- 15 ml pickle juice
- Pickle for garnish
- Ice cubes

Method
- Chill the Glass:
Place a martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill.
- Prepare the Ingredients:
Measure 60 ml of Dima’s Vodka, 10 ml of dry vermouth, and 15 ml of pickle juice.
- Combine in a Mixing Glass:
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Pour the vodka, dry vermouth, and pickle juice into the mixing glass.
- Stir Well:
Stir the ingredients gently but thoroughly for about 15-20 seconds to chill and mix.
- Strain into the Glass:
Remove the ice from the chilled martini glass.
Strain the stirred mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer.
- Garnish with a Pickle:
Skewer a pickle and place it in the martini as a unique and tangy garnish.
- Serve:
Present the Pickled Martini and enjoy the crisp, savory and unconventional notes. Budmo!
