- 37.5 ml Sgriob-ruadh’s Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur (or good quality rhubarb liqueur)
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 7.5 ml simple sugar syrup
- Cawston Press Apple & Elderflower juice

- Combine: pour CooJ’N Gin, Sgriob-ruadh’s Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur, fresh lemon juice and simple sugar syrup in a gin glass filled with ice.
- Add: top with Cawston Press Apple & Elderflower juice.
- Garnish: add with a lemon wedge or lemon twist.
