  • 45ml SŨ Reposado
  • 15ml Italian bitter
  • 15ml Sweet vermouth
  • 15ml Dry vermouth
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Grapefruit Peel

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing glass, add SŨ Reposado, Italian bitter, French dry vermouth, Italian sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters.
  2. Add Ice: Fill the mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir: Stir gently for 15–20 seconds to chill and blend the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Prepare Glass: Place a large rock of ice in an old fashioned glass.
  5. Strain: Strain the cocktail from the mixing glass over the ice in the old fashioned glass.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Express the oils from a grapefruit peel over the drink by twisting it, then place the peel into the cocktail as a garnish. Serve immediately.
