  • 50ml Black Spiced Rum
  • 150ml Premium Ginger Beer
  • Juice Of 1 Lime
  • 3 Cardamom Pods Lightly Crushed
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Lime Wheel and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Muddle the cardamom: Place 3 lightly crushed cardamom pods into the base of a copper mug or highball glass and muddle gently.
  2. Fill with ice: Pack the glass or mug generously with ice cubes.
  3. Add the spirits and juice: Pour in 50ml Rum Dhu Black Spiced Rum and the juice of 1 lime.
  4. Top with ginger beer: Pour 150ml premium ginger beer over the ice.
  5. Stir the cocktail: Stir the mixture gently to combine the flavours without losing the carbonation.
  6. Garnish and serve: Decorate the drink with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint, then serve immediately.
