
The Hemingway Daiquiri
Ernest Hemingway's favourite daiquiri — grapefruit, maraschino and lime sharpened with a good white rum. Rum Dhu Pure White's clean, elegant character is exactly what this classic needs. No sweetness to hide behind, just pure distillate doing what it does best.

- 60ml White Rum
- 30ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Maraschino Liqueur
- Ice

Method
- Chill the Glass: Place a coupe glass in the freezer or fill it with ice to chill.
- Measure the Ingredients: Pour 60ml Rum Dhu Pure White Rum, 30ml fresh grapefruit juice, 15ml fresh lime juice and 15ml maraschino liqueur into a cocktail shaker.
- Add Ice: Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake the Cocktail: Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
- Strain the Drink: Double strain the liquid into your chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a grapefruit twist or a thin wheel of pink grapefruit.
