- 60ml Île Four The Distiller 001
- 30ml Chilled Matcha Tea (Whisked Strong)
- 15ml Honey Syrup
Method
- Chill the Glass: Place a martini glass or coupe into the freezer or fill it with ice and water to ensure it is thoroughly chilled.
- Combine the Ingredients: Pour 60ml of Île Four The Distiller 001, 30ml of strong whisked matcha tea, and 15ml of honey syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the Ice: Fill the shaker with a generous amount of fresh ice cubes to facilitate a rapid chill and create a thick froth.
- Shake the Mixture: Secure the lid and shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds to emulsify the ingredients and achieve a velvety texture.
- Strain the Serve: Fine-strain the cocktail into your pre-chilled glass using a Hawthorne strainer to ensure a smooth finish without ice shards.
