- 60ml Gold Rum
- 5ml Sugar Syrup (or 1 Brown Sugar Cube)
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
- Ice

Method
- Add the Sweetener and Bitters: Combine 5ml of sugar syrup (or one brown sugar cube), two dashes of Angostura bitters and one dash of orange bitters in a rocks glass, then stir briefly.
- Introduce Ice: Place a large ice cube into the glass.
- Pour the Rum: Add 60ml of Rum Dhu Cask Aged Gold Rum over the ice.
- Chill and Dilute: Stir the mixture gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.
- Express the Garnish: Hold an orange peel over the glass and express its oils.
- Finish and Serve: Run the orange peel around the rim of the glass and drop it into the drink.
