- 60 ml Rhubarb Old Tom
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml rhubarb syrup
- 15 ml crème de mûre

Method
- Combine: add Rhubarb Old Tom, lemon juice, rhubarb syrup to a cocktail shaker with lots of ice.
- Shake: shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top: pour crème de mûre on top.
- Garnish: add a chunk of fresh rhubarb.
- Enjoy this sweet and tangy drink!
