Method
- Prepare the Glassware: Select a large balloon glass and fill it with large ice cubes to ensure the drink remains chilled.
- Measure the Gin: Pour 60ml of Île Four Toji Gin over the ice cubes in the glass.
- Add the Mixer: Top up the glass with your favourite premium tonic water, leaving a small amount of space at the top.
- Prepare the Garnish: Cut 2 or 3 fresh lime wedges to release their aromatic oils.
- Garnish the Drink: Drop the lime wedges directly into the glass to infuse the cocktail with a zesty citrus flavour.
- Stir and Serve: Give the mixture a good stir with a long spoon to combine the ingredients thoroughly before serving.
