- 30ml Île Four UME
- 10ml Sweet Sherry
- 40ml Dark Rum
- Plum Bitters
- Orange zest for garnish

Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a tumbler filled with ice.
- Garnish with a twist of orange zest
