Ingredients

  • 30ml Île Four UME
  • 10ml Sweet Sherry
  • 40ml Dark Rum
  • Plum Bitters
  • Orange zest for garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a twist of orange zest
