Introducing Regis Camus’ latest collaboration with Urakasumi brewery to create a smooth, pure and elegant Sake. Marked by a vibrant orange cap and bottled in HEAVENSAKE’s signature black glass bottle this multi-layered blend is made with two yeasts proprietary to Urakasumi including the famous “Kyokai 12”. The rices are a secret blend of Yamada Nishiki rice and a local variety from the Miyagi.

The art of Sake

Born out of a cultural exchange between Japanese and French craftsmen, Heavensake is a collaboration between acclaimed cellarmaster, Regis Camus, and Japan’s most respected sake breweries. Eight times IWC "Winemaker of the year", Regis Camus believes that sake is ready to be transformed and convinced of its great potential and enjoyment beyond the Asian dining experience.

Inspired by Champagne where he created his name, Regis is the first to bring the art blending to sake with the intention of creating complexity and perfect balance and the simple goal of giving pleasure. Simplicity is key, from its elegant aesthetic to its natural production, free from additives.
