This wine from the Península de Setúbal region is a blend of portuguese varities Castelão and Touriga Franca along with Pinot Noir and Zinfandel.

Grapes are picked during the first week of September, fermented at a controlled temperature of 16° in stainless steel vat.

It pairs with grilled or roasted vegetables, salads and grilled seafood.
