Kentucky's Bluegrass Distillers follow their trusted mash bill of 75% yellow corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley to produce their Toasted Oak straight bourbon. The whiskey ages for a minimum of three years, finishing with at least 21 days in a freshly toasted white oak barrels.
