Manchester Gin’s Signature is one of the most awarded gins in the country. It’s made with local dandelion and burdock root and ten other specially sourced botanicals including orange, lemon, liquorice and ground almond. WIth citrus and a juniper on the nose and palate, followed by a depth of flavour. It finishes smooth and creamy with a delicate sweetness.

The Spirit of Manchester Distillery started with a love story and a single (double) G&T in a rum bar. Seb asked Jen if he could buy her a drink and from the first ‘yes’, a love blossomed. A love not just for each other, but for food, drinks and hospitality. When they started their award-winning dining room distillery in 2016, they had no idea the heights the business would reach in just a few short years.

Now the business operates as a state-of-the-art distillery capable of producing more than one million bottles a year; a world-class cocktail bar and restaurant and an award winning distillery tour and gin making experience in the heart of the city.
