First Generation Italian-American Negroni obsessed producers from Brooklyn.

St. Agrestis is independently family owned by first generation Italian-Americans in Brooklyn. With an obsession on amari and aperitivi, St. Agrestis began by producing alcoholic products before applying the herbal supply chain to non-alcoholic options.

After a trip to Bar Convent in Berlin in 2019, the owners decided that non-alcoholic demand was going to reach the US shores and began R&Ding the Phony Negroni with a simple hypothesis. If the same botanicals from a Negroni could be utilised, they just needed to learn to extract them without alcohol and combine in the perfect ratios to taste like a Negroni. The R&D process took three years.
