Emmer Edition uses a very distinctive and special ancient grain for its base spirit. Black Emmer wheat is cultivated by Finch on the plateau of the Swabian Alb and turned into this delicious whisky aided by great craftmanship and 8 years spent maturing in ex wine barrels Its fascinating flavour bouquet is reminiscent of caramel, vanilla, biscuit and sultanas and Its finish is warm and long-lasting, with a subtle sweetness.
