More on the Wine

Allowed to ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeast and then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Minimal sulfur is added to stabilise the wine and no filtration to preserve the body and aromatics.

An excellently complex wine that is great with seafood, Asian cuisine and cheese dishes.
