Kyra is an easy-drinking French Sauvignon Blanc with a Renegade twist. Made with old world grapes but new world yeast strains to get the best of both these expressions. Gorgeous tropical fruit aromas and a pleasing salinity go hand in hand.

More on the wine…

The grapes were 100% whole bunch pressed and the juice transferred to stainless steel. The juice was then inoculated with two yeast strains, one New World, one Old World. Post fermentation, the wine is kept on lees in tank and given very light batonnage. Kyra is then filtered. No malolactic on this wine.
