More on the Wine

After a cold maceration, fermentation starts spontaneously with indigenous yeast. The grapes are then pressed and the wine aged in barrel for one year. Minimal sulfur is added to stabilise the wine and it is bottlesd without fitration.

Best paired with red meat dishes such as steaks, ribs, various types of ham, and smoked meats.
