Maison Collery was founded in 1893, in the Art Nouveau period, and has always been led by men and women whose only ambition is to deliver high standard champagnes that will amaze their customers.
Today, Champagne Collery's ambition is to focus their wine making approach on what has made the Maison famous: Pinot Noir grapes from the Champagne Grand Cru areas.
Champange Collery is recognised for it's uncompromising champagne quality from Grand Cru terroirs, with a minimum of 3 years of aging on the lees, and a strong focus on specific barrels for aging the liqueur de dosage.
