Kiyoko begins in Japan’s mountainous south, along the magnificent Pacific Ocean. Sharp temperature variations and an abundance of sunlight precipitate the ideal cultivation of the yuzu, Japan’s rarest fruit.

In line with centuries old tradition, each yuzu is handpicked and immediately juiced to preserve the highest level of freshness. Our yuzu juice is pure, never concentrated and without any additives or artificial flavours.

Our toji (master brewer) perfectly balances the pure yuzu juice with Junmai sake.
Highly prized Gohyakumangoku rice, combined with Miyamizu water from Mount Rokkō, create the distinctively crisp and vibrant aroma of Junmai.
