  • 60 ml Hardaker’s Dark Rum
  • 100 ml ginger beer
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge for garnish

  1. Prepare: Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour: Measure and pour 60 ml of Hardaker’s Dark Rum over the ice.
  3. Add lime juice: Squeeze 15 ml of fresh lime juice into the glass.
  4. Top: Pour 100 ml of ginger beer over the rum and lime juice.
  5. Stir: Mix ingredients gently to mix the flavours.
