The simplest of serves, the classic Daiquiri is always a delight. Light and refreshing, this cocktail is made even better with the inclusion of our wonderful Four Island Rum.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Lost Years Four Island Rum
- 25 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Sugar syrup
- 45 g/ 4 small cubes ice
- Lime wheel (garnish)
Method
- Blend:
Combine all ingredients for 5-8 seconds in a bullet style blender. - Pour:
Serve the Four Island Rum Daiquiri into a chilled coupe or a Nick and Nora glass. - Garnish:
