A vibrant taste of the tropics in the hills of Donegal. The coconut water excentuates the subtle coconut scent of the Gorse flower in the Vodka.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Assaranca Vodka
- 75 ml Orange Juice
- 50 ml Coconut Water
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup
- 15 ml Elderflower Liqueur
- Orange slice and mint sprig for garnish
Method
- Prepare the Glass:
- Chill a tumbler glass with ice.
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 50 ml of Assaranca Vodka, 75 ml of Orange Juice, 50 ml of Coconut Water, 15 ml of Sugar Syrup, and 15 ml of Elderflower Liqueur.
- Shake:
- Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
- Strain:
- Strain the mixture into the prepared tumbler glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish:
- Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of mint.
