  • 30ml Bandida Cafe Black Mezcal
  • 30ml Italian aperitivo
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Garnish: Orange peel

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass: Pour the Bandida Cafe Black Mezcal, Italian aperitivo, and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass.
  2. Stir: Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for 15-20 seconds to chill and dilute the drink.
  3. Strain and Garnish: Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and then drop the peel into the glass.
