Ingredients

  • 40 ml Flaming Pig Whiskey
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml honey ginger syrup
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 100ml boiling water
  • Lemon twist and clove to garnish

Method

  1. Combine: add Flaming Pig Whiskey, lemon juice, honey ginger syrup, bitters and boiling water to a heat proof mug.
  2. Optional: the Flaming Pig Whiskey can be flamed in a turkish coffee pot or similar.
  3. Garnish: add lemon twist impaled with a clove.
  4. Enjoy this warming drink!
