
Sichuan Negroni
Try Orientalist Gunpowder Gin for a negroni with notes of smoky tea and black pepper. Equal parts gin, bitter aperitivo, and sweet vermouth. Stir, strain, garnish with orange peel. Cheers!

- 30ml Orientalist Gunpowder Gin
- 30ml Bitter Aperitivo
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- Orange peel

Method
- Add Ice to a mixing glass and pour in the Orientalist Gunpowder Gin, bitter aperitivo and sweet vermouth.
- Stir well for 15 seconds being careful not to break the ice.
- Add a large piece of ice to a rocks glass or tumbler
- Strain the cocktail from the mixing glass into the rocks glass.
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
