  • 30ml Gin
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Large Orange Peel Expressed And Twisted

Method

  1. Measure the ingredients: Pour 30ml Ebba Tidal Cornish Dry Gin, 30ml Campari and 30ml sweet vermouth into a mixing glass.
  2. Add the ice: Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.
  3. Stir the cocktail: Stir the mixture continuously for 30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.
  4. Strain the drink: Strain the liquid into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Garnish and serve: Express a large orange peel over the glass, run it around the rim, drop it into the drink and serve immediately.
