- 30ml Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- Ice
- Garnish: Large Orange Peel Expressed And Twisted

Method
- Measure the ingredients: Pour 30ml Ebba Tidal Cornish Dry Gin, 30ml Campari and 30ml sweet vermouth into a mixing glass.
- Add the ice: Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Stir the cocktail: Stir the mixture continuously for 30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.
- Strain the drink: Strain the liquid into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish and serve: Express a large orange peel over the glass, run it around the rim, drop it into the drink and serve immediately.
