We made Papa Salt because we wanted a versatile, easy to drink gin to share with friends. Fond memories of long sunny days in Australia, and our respect for the amazing gins that come from there, led us to produce it in Byron Bay. The tremendous bounty of the surrounding area led us to some truly unique ingredients, and Papa Salt was born.

During the development process we tasted over three hundred other gins, distilled botanicals, and test recipes over five years. You can taste that time and care in every bottle of Papa Salt. Go on and take a sip; we hope you notice that it’s shockingly smooth.

Papa Salt really shines without much dressing up. We love it in a gin paloma or a G+T, but also a classic negroni or martini. Have it long or short, this gin was made for sessionable drinking — our go-to is Papa Salt with soda, lots of ice and a wedge of fresh orange.
