Cask #3 from the Heart Cut is a 100% malt rye whisky matured in a new American oak cask from Kyrö Distillery, Finland. Kyrö crafts spirits that are a perfect interpretation of their Nordic landscape, and proudly only use Finnish Rye. This is a perfect example of this craftsmanship. Expect notes of thick cut marmalade, honey-dipped granola bar and peach tarte tatin. This is a limited release with only 361 bottles available.
